He specialises in translating strategic concept frameworks into coherent architectural proposals, guiding projects through detailed design refinement and statutory submission. With a strong focus on planning compliance, technical coordination and design integrity, Mark ensures that proposals are both architecturally robust and procedurally sound.

His work bridges creative intent and regulatory execution — maintaining clarity across increasingly complex urban planning contexts.

He oversees:

• Design development from Stage 2–3
• Planning documentation and coordination
• Consultant integration
• Design quality control

Mark plays a central role in maintaining architectural rigour throughout the statutory process.

Director — Technical Design, Construction Realisation & BIM Integration

Shane leads technical detail design, delivery and construction-stage services within the practice, including specialist BIM integration and project realisation.

He is responsible for translating approved schemes into coordinated construction documentation, ensuring technical accuracy, buildability and on-site clarity. With advanced expertise in BIM workflows and digital coordination, Shane enhances project efficiency and reduces delivery risk.

His focus is on precision, performance and practical execution — ensuring that design intent is faithfully realised in the built environment.

He oversees:

• Technical design and construction documentation
• BIM coordination and modelling
• Contractor interface and compliance

Shane strengthens the practice’s end-to-end capability, from feasibility through to built completion.
